Do you buy bikes?
We are not a pawn shop and do not buy bikes, parts or accessories from individuals. Bikes we receive are donated by individuals and organizations. We purchase our new parts and accessories through various bike suppliers.
Do you pick up bike donations?
Unfortunately we are unable to pick up individual bikes from donors, if you have a large quantity of bikes to donate please contact us and we can see if we can arrange pick up.
What kind of bike donations do you accept?
We accept all bikes regardless of how old or worn out they may be. We refurbish full bikes as much as what we can and save any useful parts from bikes that can be refurbished. Remaining parts will be recycled as necessary.
Can I get a tax receipt for my bike/parts donation?
We do not provide tax receipts for donated bikes or parts.
What is the warranty on refurbished bikes and repairs?
REFURBISHED BIKES and REPAIRS carry a three (3) week maintenance warranty on major components (e.g. bearings, cranks, hubs) and brake and gear adjustments* (Not covered: flat tires, abuse or damage caused by obvious rider error, damage as a result of user modification.)
What is your return policy?
Non-installed new parts: Fifteen (15)- Thirty (30) Days - Full Refund*
NO Returns/Exchanges/Refunds on Used Parts, Used Bikes, installed/modified/damaged new parts.
NEW BIKES - Fourteen (14) days refund with a 15% RESTOCKING FEE, one (1) Year Basic Warranty, and one (1) Free Basic Tune up within two (2) months*. Marin also offers a limited lifetime warranty on their frames.
